It may hopefully help to show that a poor quality logo, saved with low resolution and crude JPEG compression, with confused or unclear detail is hard to trace. As Raster files are often no good for certain print use, creating a Vector version of your logo is a service I can provide given a good enough original Raster file such as a JPEG or TIFF. Costs vary depending on the level of detail and typefaces required.
